Description: Prime Time Palm Beach County is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of afterschool programs throughout Palm Beach County and increasing access to youth development opportunities. To accomplish this mission, Prime Time seeks a part-time Research Assistant to aid the Director, Evaluation & Research with a variety of functions related to research, such as data collection and analysis, evaluating and interpreting collected data and preparing written reports with findings, recommendations or conclusions.

Qualifications: Related Skills or Knowledge: Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organization skills, and ability to work independently are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with database management programs (e.g., ACCESS), and statistical software (SPSS) with an interest in and aptitude for quantitative research. General knowledge about youth development and out-of-school time programming and experience working in the nonprofit sector is a plus.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in a relevant field such as social work, public policy, or social sciences is required; Master's degree and a minimum of one-year research experience is preferred.
