NEWS: Broward Co. Library Association has a brand new look
Our sister association, the Broward County Library Association, has a brand new website. The new site, mybcla.org, provides a blog, a history of BCLA, and a directory of libraries in Broward, among other useful features. Of particular note is the photo gallery, which highlights BCLA events.
BCLA regularly publishes a newsletter, called BCLA News. The September 2009 newsletter includes an article about the BCLA Annual Luncheon with author Brad Meltzer. An excerpt from the article reads,
"Our luncheon in June was a great success. In addition to our author, Bred Meltzer who was a lot of fun, Ethan Allen, President of the Palm Beach County Library Association was in attendance. Ethan is one of our newest members and we are planning to have joint programs in the future."
We're looking foward to it, BCLA!
